obviously doctor, you've never been a thirteen-year-old girl
Today I watched The Virgin Suicides, a film by Sophie Coppola after hearing alot about it over tumblr. It makes me want to read the book again.
I've spent the last few days back at uni revising non-stop, today was my History Of Art exam. I think I did OK... The stuff I had revised most on didn't even come up though which was very annoying.
I still have terribly bad insomnia, I didn't get to sleep till 4 last night. Though my flatmates were being rather noisy and listening to boomboom music very loudly.
I'm thinking of deleting this blog and either: moving it to tumblr, or: starting a new blog. What do you think? Do you still enjoy reading this? I'd love to hear your opinions.

2011
Lately I've been drawing alot, I've been feeling very productive and creative, I actually got round to sorting out my room yesturday :3 Below is my favourite, me and my friend Becky.
TOTORO, from the studio ghibli film 'My Neighbour Totoro', one of the most adorable films I've watched.
I'm not too happy with these too, the faces are abit disproportionate -_-'
This is from my friend's 18th last summer. :)
Yesturday I stuck more pictures on my wall. :D I'm going to stick some more up today when I print off more photos.
Hope everyone had a lovely new year! I went to my Nicole's, it was just Nic, her sister, her sister boyfriend, Liam, Laura, Becky and me. None of us got very drunk despite the fact we had crate loads of spirits :p though i was feeling abit ill and not up for getting trolleyed. We danced around the living room, ate crumpets and doritoes, got tired by 1 and ended up watching Mary Poppins like coolbeans. 8]
Next week is the start of my exams, I've been revising everyday so hopefully it will pay off! History of Art and Fundamentals of Imaging, excellent times :/ hahaha..

if you wanna kill youself, remember that i love you
This year has been quite eventful to say the least! I went to Paris for the first time, turned 18, went clubbing for the first time, went on holiday with my friends to Spain in the summer, past my a levels and got accepted to Leeds uni, had my first kiss (at 18, i know..what a weirdo :P) And met some amazing people, made friends with people I never though I would, lost friends, read a lot, watched lots of films, had really really shit times and really really happy times. I have no idea what to expect from 2011, but I hope everyone has an awesome one. :) Lots of love Kat. x x x back in the new year darlings!

I wanna be forgotten, and I don't wanna be reminded
I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas :3 Mine was okay, I just stayed in with my family, eating lots and watching films, including Nowhere Boy, Breakfast At Tiffany's, Juno, The Notebook, Kick-Ass and Amelie. I'm sure lots of you have seen Breakfast At Tiffany's, I'd been wanting to watch it for ages and have fallen in love with Audrey Hepburn! She's so adorable and chique.
For Christmas I recieved some books, a sewing machine, dvds, a velvet skirt, brown brogues, a blank journal/scrapbook, jewellery and chocolate. On boxing day and yesturday I went sales shopping, although I was a little disappointed I did manage to find a few things such as a Beatles t-shirt-finally! It was £10 reduced from £20 in Topman. I'm going to cut it up abit later. I also bought a floral cardigan £9 from New Look, high waisted black courdory trousers, fairy lights for my room and more jewellery which I am in love with, (pictured above)
Tonight i'm staying up very late to watch 'The Cat Returns' at 3am. It's a japanese anime, I hope it's good! I've suffered severe insomnia lately, I think it's because I keep stressing and over thinking situations. On Christmas Eve I stayed up till 4am watching Amelie. It made me miss French even more.

I won't even wish for snow
christmas by katthai featuring velvet skirts
Above is my wishlist for Christmas, although I will probably just get 1 or 2 of the things :p
Today I went to town with mam to purchase the sewing machine, a second hand toyota :3 I am also hoping for some journals, notebooks and scrapbooks and a disposable camera as well as a few dvds and books.
I can't believe it's nearly the end of 2010, this year has gone so fast, and so much has changed. I think it has been a pretty good year, despite some rough patches. I think the best decision I've made this year without a doubt is going to uni, it's made me a whole lot more confident. :)

beautiful Jumble Sale Finds (with the help of charity shops, Primark and Topshop :p)
Morning Sweetpeas :]
This is the post I promised to show you my latest purchases, firstly, this beauty:
I found it at a jumble sale recently, it's a genuine levis denim shearling jacket and so warm and comfy!!!! And only 20p, I'm in love.
Secoundly, this is what I used my £20 Topshop voucher on:
It was £45, floraldungaree shorts, they are adorable! And a thick courdoroy(i can't spell, sorry) material to give it a kind of furry texture. :)
Thirdly, this felt patterned leotard which I fell in love with instantly at Primark, £8.
A plaid crop t shirt, calvin klein, 20p at the jumble sale. I plan to wear this alot in summer with high waisted levis shorts.
I got this jumper in the kids section of a charity shop, for only 50p as there was a tiny hole in the bottom, and sew this badge which I got from the market. I wore this on top of a polo t-shirt and my flatmate said, 'So, Kat, How was school today?' :P
This is the ticket from the inside of some high waisted beige shorts I got for 20p at the jumble sale, isn't the ticket awesome?! It reminds me alot of American Apparel.
I have bought many more things but they are still in Leeds/or the wash :P this Christmas I have lots of things planned as I like to feel productive, hehe. These include:
Selling things on ebay
Baking-brownies, cookies, mince pies...
Making Christmas cards and drawings
Starting a 2011 scrapbook/journal
Sorting out my room
Running in the morning
Practising sewing
